excellent family stay
convenient location tube stations numerous restaurants
we stayed here recently and found it a great option for our family. the location was indeed convenient with paddington station being within walking distance. there were also two other tube stops very close to the place. the area was full of dining options and felt safe even late at night.
the system of the executive lounge seemed a little complicated.

Nisar's assistance was excellent. He guided us directly to our room. he anticipated our needs without prompting (a pleasant surprise). the room itself had a light, fresh scent. pillows also seemed freshly fluffed. vasimin at breakfast was attentive to our allergy needs. ade from security showed great professionalism.
The executive lounge closure was a bit disappointing. I felt the compensation was insufficient.

the breakfast area included many seating options. the selection at breakfast was extensive. they included warm dishes, a large selection of toppings and also vegan choices. gluten-free options were available too.

the king guest room was spacious. the bed provided very good support. a small refrigerator was included. there was a big tv, free wifi and two good closets with lights inside too.

the hotel is near a subway station. it is also close to the bus stop. paddington train station is about a 10-minute walk away. there are local restaurants just outside the hotel (very practical).

A Nice Getaway
easy access helpful staff friendly staff effective ac unit
The location is excellent with easy access to transportation. The staff was helpful . The bar staff was very friendly , especially Tay , Hardik , and Ciprian , who were fun to talk to. I particularly appreciated the silent but effective AC unit. It cooled the room evenly.
The hotel was very busy , leading to a slight delay at check-in , as no rooms were immediately available. I had to wait approximately twenty minutes for a room to be prepared.

The guest service delivered all requests quickly and Ameeta was lovely. Gibreal, the Manager in the Executive Lounge . The staff consistently recognized and assisted me, showing loyalty to the brand.

The executive room was large and comfortable with fresh towels provided daily. Fresh water and biscuits were replenished each day. The hotel maintained good cleanliness.

The hotel has a modern and stylish bar area. I found the location very convenient , close to the underground station. I easily accessed various parts of the city.

smoky smell busted furniture
my room stank bad, like stale smoke which sucked. the tv didn't even work i told them about it, but no one bothered to fix the damn thing. i think the furniture was pretty busted up with stains. it looked like they hadn't cleaned very well before i got there. i think i deserve some money back for this room.
